These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ServiceFleetAI, operated by MAS2U LLC ("ServiceFleetAI", "we", "us"). By using servicefleetai.com or the ServiceFleetAI application, you agree to these terms.

The service

ServiceFleetAI is a fleet operations and shop management platform providing work orders, estimates, invoicing, scheduling, inspections, and customer notifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with laws that apply to your business.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Shops using ServiceFleetAI may send you transactional text messages related to your service relationship — estimates, approvals, status updates, invoices, and appointment reminders. By providing your mobile number to a shop using ServiceFleetAI, you consent to receive these messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
• Re-subscribe: reply START or UNSTOP.
• Help: reply HELP or email info@servicefleetai.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to violate anti-fraud or messaging regulations (including TCPA and CTIA guidelines). We may suspend accounts that abuse the messaging features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAS2U LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for vehicle repair outcomes, lost revenue, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
